Role DescriptionThis part-time, on-site role as a Diesel Maintenance Technology Trainer is based in Monticello, AR. The Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering effective training programs in Diesel Maintenance Technology, including creating curricula, teaching fundamental and advanced diesel systems, and mentoring students. The role also involves student assessments, ensuring adherence to learning outcomes, and maintaining updated knowledge on industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications- Expertise in Curriculum Development and Instructional Design to create engaging and effective learning materials.
- Strong Communication and Training skills to facilitate knowledge transfer and foster a collaborative learning environment.
- Experience in Education and mentoring students to help them achieve academic and professional success.
- Proficiency in diesel maintenance technology and an understanding of current industry practices and advancements.
- Organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in an in-person educational setting.
- Prior teaching or training experience, preferably in a technical or trade program, is advantageous.
- An associate degree or higher in a related field or equivalent professional experience is required.
