• The developer maintains existing systems built in C# and Blazor.
• Using Microsoft Visual Studio code and Azure Dev Ops for CI/CD pipelines to support development, testing, and debugging of applications.
• Provides subject‑matter expertise, guidance, and overall technical direction for project development.
• Utilizes Microsoft Entity Framework to develop and interact with SQL databases using a code‑first approach.
• Works with REST APIs to integrate web applications with external services.
• Maintains and enhances search functionality using Elasticsearch.
• Understands the Dev Ops process and builds-test-release pipelines.
• Participates in or leads the technical design and documentation for a solution.

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in C# or similar object‑oriented programming language.
• Experience with HTML front‑end development and building dynamic web applications, preferably with Blazor, Razor pages, or MVC.
• Experience with SQL and specifically Entity Framework or similar object‑relational mapping frameworks.
• Experience working with REST APIs.
• Experience writing unit tests.
• Familiarity with Git, Bitbucket, or a similar version control system.
• Requires active secret clearance.

• Familiarity with Azure or similar cloud services.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in agile development teams.
• Experience with Elasticsearch.
• Experience with Cosmos DB or a similar No

• Experience with Playwright and/or Selenium.

As required by local law, the base pay range for this position in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and Cleveland is $89,400—$160,200 USD
. Compensation varies by location, role, skill set, and experience.
