• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends

• Passion for retail and a strong drive to meet business goals
• Experience in coaching and mentoring team members for growth
• Familiarity with retail technology and operational processes
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom
• Willingness to travel as required
