IMPORTANT:
Fingerprints must be completed in West Virginia at least 7-10 business days prior to start. Traveler must be available to travel to or arrive in WV early to complete these. These must be completed as soon as possible as results can take anywhere from 5-7 days and candidates will not be cleared to start without results on file. This is a West Virginia state requirement with no exceptions.

Facility is strict on call outs, as attendance has left them in a bind previously. If a traveler is absent for 3 consecutive days due to illness or injury, they will need a doctor's verification of illness and a medical clearance for duty note given to manager prior to returning to work.
