- Experience on the plaintiff's side of litigation.
- Experience in deposition, sophisticated discovery, and mediations.
- Proven track record of drafting, reviewing, and filing motions and pleadings.
- Strong collaboration skills to develop innovative legal strategies with colleagues.
- Expertise in negotiations and mediations to achieve favorable client settlements.
- Ability to provide clear, actionable legal advice to empower client decision-making.
- Previous experience managing a case load.
