Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.

You will represent Plaintiffs in a range of employment matters as part of a growing litigation firm committed to client satisfaction through both aggressive and compassionate advocacy. • This is a hybrid role, requiring attorneys to work from the Clarksburg office a few days a week.

• Experience on the plaintiff's side of litigation.
• Experience in deposition, sophisticated discovery, and mediations.
• Proven track record of drafting, reviewing, and filing motions and pleadings.
• Strong collaboration skills to develop innovative legal strategies with colleagues.
• Expertise in negotiations and mediations to achieve favorable client settlements.
• Ability to provide clear, actionable legal advice to empower client decision-making.
• Previous experience managing a case load.
