To thank you for bringing your care and expertise to our residents, we’re offering an optional $7,500 sign-on bonus

• Provide personalized, high-quality physical therapy evaluations and treatments
• Build long-term relationships with residents while supporting their independence and well-being
• Document patient progress using Net Health and facility systems
• Educate residents, families, and facility staff on therapy programs, goals, progress, and the value of rehabilitation
• Bring professionalism, courtesy, and genuine compassion to every interaction
• Collaborate closely with a supportive therapy team to create a positive, energized environment where patients can thrive

• A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• An active West Virginia Physical Therapy license in good standing
• A genuine passion for working with older adults and veterans
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
