Facility Leader​/General Manager

Tutela Training Systems is seeking a driven, people-first leader to oversee daily operations, develop our coaching team, and help grow our impact in the community.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in ownership, accountability, and building high-performing teams.

• Train and onboard coaches and interns
• Conduct performance evaluations and mentorship
• Lead team meetings and maintain accountability
• Support hiring and team development
• Oversee daily facility operations, scheduling, and quality control

• Execute marketing initiatives (content creation, community events, local outreach)
• Promote programs, events, and specialty services
• Support and oversee sales efforts
• Lead client consultations and transformation meetings

• Coach approximately 5 sessions per week
• Conduct client check-ins and onboarding sessions
• Monitor member engagement and retention

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience managing teams and driving accountability
• Comfort with sales conversations and revenue growth
• Highly organized and operationally minded
• Passion for fitness and helping people improve their lives
• Ability to both think strategically and execute daily tasks
