Title: Freelance Data Coordinator/Specialist

Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive support for all training programs including logistics and participant coordination.
- Monitor timelines for training processes and maintain class rosters.
- Order catering for in-person training and manage dietary restrictions.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance reporting and data analytics for training tracking.
- Compile monthly reports on learning hours and provide feedback to facilitators.
- Bachelor’s Degree level
- Work experience in Learning / HR/Marketing and Communications preferred
- Experience in Communications/Marketing/Data Analytics a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
