Business Analyst

What You Will Do:

At L'Oréal, our ambition is to become the #1 Beauty Tech company, meaning inventing the beauty of the future while becoming the company of the future. We are seeking a Business Analyst for a 2-year duration focusing on a key project to transform our code creation process. This role resides within the Data Center of Excellence group and the ideal candidate will have an understanding of product master data management, working knowledge of SAP, and the ability to work cross functionally with business partners and IT.

The successful candidate will have the ability to manage product data between multiple systems. Tasks include:

• Manage the product code creation, routing, approval, and activation processes for an assigned brand or category within the L'Oreal product catalog

• Coordinate, validate, and execute mass data updates and loads using various tools in DPM, Elixpedia, and SAP for all divisions

• Monitor, analyze, and resolve data quality issues in a timely manner

• Assist in the CoE's Supply Chain Catalog Management (SCCM) process, including incident routing and escalation

• Assist with data quality projects as needed, as well as other routine tasks

What We Are Looking For :

Required Qualifications:

Must have

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field

• Ability to work cross-functionally with various departments and functions within the organization, including IT, marketing, transportation, brand management, finance, and packaging

• Organized and able to work on several tasks

• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant business experience

• Proficient on Microsoft Suite, with a focus on Excel, organization.

• Knowledge of SAP, with the ability to learn and master internal L'Oreal data management systems such as DPM and Elixpedia/ Cosmo

Bonus Qualifications

• Power BI and GCP

• Project Management experience a plus
