Physical Therapist I:
Per Diem Days (3 days x 8hrs), Atlantic Rehab Clark

Atlantic Health is seeking two skilled and compassionate per diem outpatient Physical Therapists to join our team in Clark, NJ. The role requires working three (3) days per week:
Monday and Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., and Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

$40.00 /hr – $70.40 /hr

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop patient‑centered treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians and other rehabilitation team members
• Communicate with patients and families to ensure understanding and continuity of care
• Support various appointment types and adapt care plans as needed

Essential functions include patient evaluation, establishing plans of care and treatment programs, providing interventions, documenting interventions, and billing appropriately. Supports lead clinicians in competency development and implementation, participates in the orientation of new staff, serves as a clinical instructor for students, and exercises independent judgment on moderately complex cases with minimal to no supervision.

• New Jersey License to practice Physical Therapy
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy academic program
• For the lymphatic position, CLT/CDT certification is required

• New graduates welcomed for the orthopedic position
• 1‑3 years of orthopedic experience in a hospital‑based outpatient setting
• Oncology clinical specialist preferred for the lymphatic position
