Jr Financial Analyst

Our client, a global beauty company, is looking for a Jr. Financial Analyst to join their team! This will be a hybrid role working out of their office in Clark. The successful candidate will possess advanced analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to work cross‑functionally with other departments and stakeholders.

• Contract Role: 12 months, possibility of extension
• Pay: $28‑32/hr on W2
• Schedule:
  
  Hybrid schedule, standard 40 hour work week

• Collecting, processing, and verifying financial data while ensuring accuracy
• Assisting in preparing monthly financial reports
• Performing variance analysis (actual vs. budget), trend analysis, and supporting financial modeling and forecasting
• Monitoring KPIs to assist with financial planning
• Reconciling reports in Excel and SAP

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related business concentration
• 1‑2 years of corporate financial analysis experience
• Prior experience working within the fashion, beauty, or consumer goods industry is a preferred
• Knowledge of import/export compliance reporting is a plus
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• SAP and Power
  
  BI experience is highly preferred
