  • Support contract and document management processes using tools such as SharePoint and Docu Sign, including organizing, digitizing, and maintaining corporate records to support document retention and compliance initiatives.
  • Contribute to global legal projects and operational tasks such as maintaining lease documentation, organizing records, and supporting the legal team during high volume periods or key initiatives.
  • Help ensure corporate records remain accurate and complete by entering entity information, tracking documentation, preparing compliance materials, and managing multiple priorities in an in-house corporate setting.
What you should bring
  • 1 to 2 years of paralegal experience supporting corporate governance, ideally within a global corporation.
  • Experience maintaining minute books, managing corporate documentation, and working with entity management systems. Experience with entity formations and dissolutions is helpful.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain detailed records.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with SharePoint, Teams, or Docu Sign is helpful.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
