Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning Operations & Training Support Analyst to support end-to-end training coordination, reporting, and budget administration. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth execution of learning programs while driving accurate reporting, financial tracking, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities Training Operations
  • Coordinate logistics for on-site and off-site training programs across multiple NJ locations
  • Manage LMS processes including course setup, registration tracking, attendance uploads, and feedback reporting
  • Prepare class rosters and support training facilitators with materials and scheduling
  • Coordinate catering and manage dietary requirements for in-person sessions
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery
Data & Reporting
  • Track learning hours and mandatory compliance completion across Operations
  • Consolidate multi-session attendance to ensure accurate LMS credit allocation
  • Generate monthly and annual reports to measure site-level training progress
  • Compile facilitator feedback and provide actionable insights for improvement
Finance & Administration
  • Submit expense reports and maintain accurate documentation
  • Create purchase orders and confirm receipt of goods/services in My Market
  • Compile chargeback data (cost centers, allocations) for Finance processing
Communication & Engagement
  • Draft and distribute training communications via email and newsletters
  • Support updates to the Learning Operations website
  • Develop bi-monthly Learning Operations newsletter for employee engagement
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Experience in Learning Operations, HR, Marketing, or Communications preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
  • Experience with LMS platforms and reporting tools is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Comfortable working onsite 5 days/week
