Our client, a personal care manufacturing company, is looking for a Data Coordinator to join their team! This will be a onsite role working out of their office in Clark. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and experience supporting training process.

Role overview
  • Contract Role: 9 months
  • Pay: $27.60/hr on W2
Responsibilities
  • Coordinates all end-to-end training logistics for New Jersey locations, including materials preparation, venue coordination, and managing onsite or external catering with a focus on dietary requirements.
  • Manages the full timeline of training administration, from scheduling calendar invites and handling registration in One Profile to processing attendance rosters and service tickets.
  • Collaborates with technical teams to track compliance and learning hours, evaluates program feedback, and compiles monthly progress reports for Operations and leadership.
  • Oversees the budget impact by processing expense reports, creating purchase orders, and executing complex "chargebacks" to ensure training costs are billed to the correct departments.
  • Drives employee engagement by managing the Learning Operations website and producing multi-channel communications, including a bi-monthly newsletter for the entire Operations population.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with experience in Learning, HR, Marketing, or Data Analytics.
  • Must possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail, alongside mastery of the Microsoft Suite.
  • Ability to solve complex problems by translating raw data into actionable insights and generating innovative, "outside the box" solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills and the flexibility to be on-site 5 days a week across NY/NJ locations to support live training.
