Abdou Law Offices seeks a candidate with great interpersonal skills to act as the firm’s receptionist and office administrative assistant. We are looking for a self-starting, responsible, dedicated individual who will assist us with fielding new and current client calls. This position also involves assisting with administrative duties in our commercial and residential real estate practice. Prior law firm experience is required.
Such duties include but are not limited to:
- Answering new and current client calls
- Drafting letters/emails related to real estate
- Filing and archiving
- Managing all office functions (ie. inventory, supplies, vendors)
- General office support functions
Applicants must have strong communication, writing, organizational and computer skills. Applicants should also have strong time-management skills and be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time. Experience with MS Office is a must, specifically, MS Outlook, Word, and Excel. Applicants must be able to think and work independently, but most of all, be willing to learn.
The office is located in Clark, NJ, and this is an in-office position. The hourly rate will be determined based on the candidate's experience.
