Compass Payment Services LLC provides fuel card solution services to trucking companies. We are seeking highly motivated sales professionals to accelerate growth.

• Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects
• Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers
• Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
• Meet or exceed sales quotas as outlined by management

• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Team player
• Proficient with technology
• Motivated by growth opportunities
• Bilingual language fluency preferred
• Familiarity with CRM tools preferred
• Experience in the transportation industry preferred (not a must) – 1+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred

Base Salary + Commission Pay (performance based).
