Violin Teacher Needed for AMI campuses in Clarendon Hills and Geneva, IL
Education- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Music Performance or Education
- Minimum of Two years
- Deliver high‑quality instruction to students of all ages in private/group lesson settings
- Provide assessment of students’ musical progress
- Collaborate with parents and administrative staff for scheduling, etc.
- Maintain timely correspondence with director, school staff, and parents
- Actively participate in faculty meetings
- Communicate instrumental techniques and concepts to students
- Demonstrate a personable and collaborative nature; work effectively with students, families, and administration; be a team player
- Exhibit high level of personal responsibility and musicianship
- Provide reliable transportation (regular access to a vehicle)
- Be located close to or near the western suburbs of Chicago
