Salesperson, Sales Representative

This is a full-time on-site role located in Claremore, OK, for a Salesperson at EUBANKS EQUIPMENT LLC. The role involves identifying customer needs, providing product information, recommending suitable equipment solutions, and closing sales. The Salesperson will manage and develop customer relationships, maintain accurate sales records, and collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets. Additional responsibilities include staying updated on product offerings, market trends, and assisting with customer inquiries to ensure excellent service delivery.

• Sales and Negotiation skills, including identifying customer needs and closing deals
• Communication and Interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Problem-Solving and Decision-Making skills to recommend appropriate equipment and solutions
• Organizational and Time Management skills for maintaining accurate sales records and managing schedules
• Basic Technical Understanding of equipment to provide accurate product information to customers
• Self-motivation and Goal-Oriented mindset to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in Sales/Business is a plus
• Previous experience in sales or customer service, particularly in equipment or machinery, is advantageous
