Account Services Associate I – RCB Bank
RCB Bank is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to customers and communities. The Account Services Associate supports operations and branch personnel with data integrity and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities- Analyze daily reports to identify and resolve errors in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy.
- Perform data entry functions to ensure customer data is accurate and meets regulatory and policy requirements.
- Provide detailed documentation associated with actions taken and Escalate significant patterns to management based on risk severity and potential customer impact.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum one (1) year of customer service experience.
- Previous banking experience.

This position is in an office environment within a climate‑controlled facility that can be high‑traffic during peak service times. Frequent use of the telephone, computer and other office equipment associated with this position. Individuals are typically seated at their personal desk for most of the day and may be required to work varying hours. The role requires general supervision but functions effectively as a member of a team and independently, requiring regular and reliable attendance.
