Someone responsible for reviewing reports and data outputs to ensure data is accurate and meets regulatory and policy requirements. Additionally, someone responsible for entering data into various bank systems with accuracy. Someone to provide support to Operations and Branch personnel to help resolve customer needs. Someone responsible for supporting various functions within retail and deposit operations departments while adhering to operational policies, procedures, federal laws and regulations.

• You possess analytical and problem-solving skills, along with good judgement.
• You can manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment.
• You have excellent attention to detail and can follow procedures and analyze/solve basic and complex problems with accuracy.
• You care about your community and have a desire to be involved.

• Analyze daily reports to identify and resolve errors in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy.
• Perform various data entry functions to ensure customer data is accurate and meets regulatory and policy requirements.
• Provide detailed and accurate documentation associated with actions taken; elevate significant patterns to management based on risk severity and potential for customer impact.

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum one (1) year of customer service experience

• Previous banking experience
