Job Description

As the Cage Player Services Supervisor, you will lead a team to deliver a superior guest experience while maintaining the integrity and security of all financial transactions. You will be responsible for supervising staff, resolving guest and employee issues, and implementing operational efficiencies. This role requires a strong understanding of cash handling procedures, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to upholding regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct staff, including scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Complete job appraisals, corrective actions, and track attendance for the department.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all tribal, federal, state, and local laws, as well as company policies and procedures, including Title 31 regulations.
  • Identify, develop, and implement process efficiencies to improve operations.
  • Creatively resolve guest and employee disputes, escalating issues as needed.
  • Implement and oversee the casino's rewards program.
  • Compile and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports and paperwork.
  • Oversee ATM and kiosk cash levels, complete staff closeouts, and verify cash deposits.
  • Verify funds at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Ensure currency transaction information is provided to applicable departments for reporting.
  • Write checks for winnings over set thresholds and distribute required paperwork.
  • Coordinate and audit operational and promotional inventory.
  • Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of all casino and guest information.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 1-3 years of cash handling and/or customer service experience.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting, gaming, and regulatory requirements, including Title 31.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and advise a team effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Well-developed money handling skills with a proven ability to maintain accuracy.
  • Advanced analytical and organizational skills.
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods and lift objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
