We are seeking a detail‑oriented Buyer to support material quoting, procurement, and supplier coordination activities. The Buyer will work closely with Estimating, Engineering, and Procurement to provide material quotes for new programs, manage recurring production materials, and negotiate long‑term supplier agreements to support customer demand.

• Prepare and issue Requests for Quotes (RFQs) to suppliers
• Negotiate pricing and delivery timelines with vendors
• Monitor inventory levels and track orders to ensure timely delivery
• Lead cost savings initiatives and supplier performance improvements
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures
• Prepare reports including cost analysis and supplier performance metrics
• Support long‑term agreements aligned with production demand

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in procurement or purchasing (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with ERP systems
• Advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Raw material buying and consolidation experience

• Ability to move throughout facility and navigate stairs
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Ability to review and interpret customer and engineering specifications
