Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough head-to-toe patient assessments including pediatric, geriatric, and adult populations.
• Administer and manage medications, adhering strictly to safety protocols such as the six medication rights.
• Develop and revise individualized care plans responsive to patient progress and treatment efficacy.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with physicians, charge nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Assist physicians with procedures and provide skilled nursing treatments in accordance with licensure.
• Monitor cardiac and hemodynamic status, identifying and treating dysrhythmias per ACLS guidelines.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and pain management techniques.

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN licensure.
• Proven experience in emergency nursing, preferably within a rural or small facility.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and patient teaching skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain organizational effectiveness under stress.
• ACLS certification and proficiency in cardiac monitoring required.
