Provides direct patient care in a medical-surgical, telemetry, or progressive care setting, monitoring vital signs and responding to changes in patient condition. Administers medications, treatments, and performs assessments following physician orders and nursing protocols. Collaborates with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Ensures patient safety, education, and support for optimal recovery outcomes.
