ResponsibilitiesThe primary responsibility of the Registered Nurse is
- Incorporates appropriate assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.
- Talks with and listens to patients/team members; reports pertinent, concise information; complete, timely charting; computer charting/ordering; protects confidentiality of patient/colleagues, positively contributes to Valley Regional’s mission, vision, and values.
- Applies critical thinking skills and considers alternatives.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- NH State Registered Nurse Licensure
- Current BLS
- BSN Preferred
