This is a 13-week contract position.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, every other weekend and holiday coverage required.

This position requires a Registered Nurse with expertise in Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, and Progressive Care Unit (PCU) to provide high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and be able to hit the ground running in a rural, small facility setting.

• Assess and monitor patients across the lifespan from newborns to geriatrics.
• Provide care to patients with varying acuity levels, maintaining a nurse/patient ratio of 5:1, with higher acuity patients managed at 3:1 or 4:1.
• Perform cardiac monitoring and respond to changes in patient condition promptly.
• Ensure that all requested time off (RTO) is noted and verified at the time of uploading profiles.

• 3+ years of experience in PCU, Medical/Surgical, and Telemetry settings is required.
• Basic dysrhythmia test must be included in the profile.
• ACLS (AHA) and BLS (AHA) certifications are mandatory.
• Rural or small facility experience is highly preferred.
• A New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate must be submitted prior to consideration.
