At Valley Regional Hospital, patients are the center of our coordinated care system and right now we have an opening for a Clinical Nursing Supervisor to join our team.

• Provides assistance, direction, consultation, and problem‑solving regarding patient care issues and business continuity.
• Communicates problems that may compromise patient care to the appropriate departmental leadership.
• Ensure a safe, effective and efficient patient care environment.
• Support staff development through partnership with our clinical educator and informatics nurse through participation in education, informatics, quality and patient safety, professional development.

Min: $36.50

Max: $51.38

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current NH Registered Nurse Licensure.
• Previous relevant experience in a charge nurse or supervisory role an asset.
• Relevant nursing certification an asset; highly encouraged after employment.
• Current BLS.
• Current ACLS preferred.
