Base pay: $36.00/hr - $51.00/hr

• Provides assistance, direction, consultation, and problem-solving regarding patient care issues and business continuity.
• Communicates problems that may compromise patient care to the appropriate departmental leadership.
• Ensures a safe, effective and efficient patient care environment.
• Supports staff development through partnership with our clinical educator and informatics nurse by participating in education, informatics, quality and patient safety, and professional development.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN - Preferred.
• Current NH Registered Nurse Licensure - Required.
• Current BLS - Required.
• Current ACLS - Preferred.
• Three to five years relevant nursing experience - Required.
• Previous relevant experience in a charge nurse or supervisory role - Required.
