Required Skills:
Valid LNA license in good standing Proven ability to assist with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding Strong understanding of basic nursing procedures and resident care plans Excellent observation skills to monitor resident conditions and communicate effectively with licensed staff Ability to react calmly and appropriately in emergency situations Basic infection control knowledge and adherence to safety protocols Good physical stamina to support mobility and transfers Compassionate attitude and respectful approach to resident rights and privacy Nice to Have
Skills:
Prior experience in long-term care or similar healthcare settings Certification in CPR and First Aid Bilingual abilities to assist a diverse resident population
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems Preferred
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous LNA experience preferred but not mandatory; training provided for new LNAs Other Requirements:
Own reliable transportation; facility is located in a rural area with limited public transit options Must be able to work consistent day shifts Willingness to adhere to all facility policies and procedures Ability to pass background checks and health screenings This position offers competitive pay at $27.47 per hour, paid weekly via direct deposit, along with comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), paid sick time, licensing and certification reimbursements, and a robust referral bonus program.
