A prestigious college is seeking a Facilities Technician, Lead for second shift operations, responsible for maintaining campus facilities, including preventive and corrective maintenance. The ideal candidate will perform daily work orders, oversee the cleaning vendor team, and handle minor plumbing and electrical issues. The position requires a valid driver's license, physical capability to lift 50 pounds, and 3-5 years of relevant experience.

This is a full-time role with a pay range of $30.00 – $32.00 per hour.
