Stoic Management Group is seeking a motivated and competitive individual to join our growing marketing and sales team. The greater part of the last few years has been filled with exceeding goals, quotas, and expectations for our government-funded client program, and with that success comes more opportunity.

Due to our successes, we’re in the process of expanding and executing a marketing and sales campaign throughout the Harrisburg area which is why we need a dynamic, forward-thinking Marketing & Sales Assistant. As the Marketing & Sales Assistant, you will initially work with a successful, experienced Marketing and Sales Account Manager to master the product knowledge, compliance policies, and procedures that will set you up to become a thriving team member!

The responsibilities of the Marketing & Sales Assistant revolve around the direct management of new and existing customer accounts. An influx of promotional opportunities has created the immediate need for coordination of a promotional outreach and enrollment campaign and handling of customer inquiries.

As the Marketing & Sales Assistant, you will…

• Contribute to the planning and rollout of strategic marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand visibility and attracting potential clients.
• Utilize customer insights and market data to identify key demographics, emerging trends, and areas for business development.
• Drive sales efforts by engaging in prospecting, lead nurturing, and timely follow-up communications.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to execute outreach efforts and support prospects throughout the sales journey.
• Keep client records current by updating databases and assisting with CRM system management.
• Track key performance indicators for both marketing and sales, offering actionable suggestions based on data analysis.
• Provide general administrative support, including meeting coordination, presentation preparation, and document organization.

Those who wish to be considered for the Marketing & Sales Assistant position must meet these requirements:

• A high school diploma or GED is required
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, or a related role is preferred
• 1-2 years of previous experience in a client-facing environment
• Must be punctual and prepared for all client meetings, interactions, and presentations
• Having a relentless work ethic
• The ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• A student mentality to learn new skills and the willingness to network
