As a member of the Cookie Crew at our store located in Claremont, CA 91711, you are the ultimate Insomniac. You are the front-line point of contact for customers and you also bake our Warm and Delicious cookies.

• Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

• Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure
• Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
• Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone
• Bake cookies to perfection and serve a scoop of ice cream
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
• Handle cash and payments accurately with no shortages or overages
• Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the bakery

• At least 6 months of experience in a customer service focused role (preferred)
• Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
• Customer service focused with a willingness to exceed guest expectations
• Great communication, organizational and math skills
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
