Join Pilgrim Place, a welcoming senior living community in Claremont, where respect, teamwork, and stewardship guide all that we do. We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to provide clinical leadership across our neighborhoods and households.
In this role, you’ll support person-centered, resident-directed care while guiding nursing staff, coordinating care plans, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will contribute to a safe, collaborative, and positive environment for residents, families, and team members.
What You’ll Do- Lead and support clinical staff in neighborhoods/households, including coaching, mentoring, and overseeing care practices.
- Ensure compliance with clinical policies, nursing standards, resident rights, safety, sanitation, and documentation.
- Coordinate resident assessments, care plans, medication administration, admissions, and discharges.
- Monitor and support quality improvement initiatives and safe clinical practices.
- Maintain relationships with physicians, medical personnel, residents, and families to ensure high-quality care.
- Assist with budget management, resource allocation, and staffing within neighborhoods/households.
- Participate in safety initiatives, committee work, in-service education, and culture change efforts focused on person-centered care.
- Act as a resource for disaster preparedness, incident reporting, and employee safety.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Valid California RN license and current CPR certification.
- Three to five years of nursing experience in skilled health care or retirement facilities preferred.
- Leadership, supervisory, and interpersonal skills to guide and support staff.
- Knowledge of Title XXII and OBRA regulations.
- Commitment to person-centered, resident-directed care.
- Strong judgment, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff, residents, families, and physicians.
- Reliable attendance and ability to complete assigned shifts.
