Shift: 7 am - 7 pm Position

Description:

* Meet or exceed production goals as established for the shift worked.
* Maintain attendance as defined in current published employee handbook.
* Ensure all products meet requirements as defined by the Plant’s Quality Management Systems.
* Comply with all applicable safety procedures and ISO
14001 EMS guidelines.
* Compliance to all operating procedures.
* Accountable for final packaging of quality product.  Understanding of the SAP operating system to a level that allows he/she to maintain transactional integrity in daily role
* Ability to obtain/retain forklift certification
* Work to maintain 5S/safety standards.
* Accurate loading of finished, packaged product.
* Other duties as assigned by supervisor or a member of management.

* Education:

High School diploma or GED.

* Experience:

Ability to complete cross training OJT for Cutline Associate Position in a timely manner. Experience in cable manufacturing or handling/packaging/loading of fiber optic cable.

Skills/Attributes:
* Ability to safely and adequately package and load fiber optic cable
* Discipline to load with consistent best practices
