• Maintain and support network infrastructure across all stores, head office, warehouses, and data centre environments.
• Monitor network and server performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement proactive improvements to ensure maximum uptime.
• Oversee installation, configuration, replacement, and ongoing maintenance of store network equipment including switches, access points, firewalls, and routers.

• Coordinate and manage patch management cycles, application version upgrades, and system maintenance windows with minimal business disruption.
• Provide expert-level support for Oracle POS (Cloud), Microsoft 365 suite, and other critical business systems.
• Support Finance, HR, and Payroll ERP systems, ensuring data accuracy and smooth system integrations.

• Support delivery and execution of key infrastructure projects, cloud migrations, POS rollouts, and application implementations.
• Participate in planning, scoping, and scheduling project activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Provide hands‑on technical execution across network, server, application, and cloud migration tasks.

• Resolve escalated technical issues from store and head office support queues, ensuring quick turnaround and minimal business impact.
• Provide hands‑on and remote support for hardware, software, and network‑related issues.
• Train store, regional, and head office staff on IT systems, processes, and best practices to reduce repeated issues.

• Liaise with vendors for support escalations, warranty claims, new hardware procurement, and service delivery.
• Manage relationships with ISP providers, POS vendors, cloud service vendors, and hardware suppliers.
• Ensure SLAs are monitored, tracked, and escalated when required.

• Execute IT security operational tasks such as user access reviews, permission audits, and identity lifecycle management.
• Ensure regular patching of systems, servers, and devices in accordance with IT security policies.
• Support vulnerability remediation efforts, including coordinating with vendors and internal teams to close security gaps.

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems support role.
• Strong understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, firewalls, Wi‑Fi), Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and cloud‑based applications.
• Hands‑on experience supporting POS systems (Oracle POS preferred).
• Experience with project‑based work, migrations, and upgrades.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, Microsoft, ITIL) desirable.
