Compensation& Earning Potential
Base Hourly Rate: $48 - $58 (based on pediatric experience)
Paid at same rate for cancellations/no-shows
1 hour paid plan time daily
Performance Bonus Opportunities:
Weekly bonuses starting at just 70% productivity, with potential to earn from $2,500 up to $10,000 annually in bonus pay

As an Occupational Therapist at our clinic, you will play a crucial role in helping children reach their full potential through therapeutic interventions and activities. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct assessments to identify sensory, motor, and developmental needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessment results.
- Providing direct occupational therapy services to, both individually and in group settings.
- Collaborating with parents, and caregivers to ensure a comprehensive approach to child support.
- Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and other required records.
