Pilgrim Place is seeking an experienced healthcare leader to serve as our Director of Wellness & Assisted Living. This role offers the opportunity to shape innovative, person-directed care programs while leading a dedicated interdisciplinary team in a mission-driven senior living community.

- Influence organizational strategy and operational excellence
- Work collaboratively with executive leadership and clinical teams
- Support a culture centered on dignity, respect, and successful aging
- Oversee Assisted Living, Memory Care, Wellness Clinic, and Activities
- Guide resident assessments and care decisions
- Ensure compliance with RCFE and healthcare regulations
- Lead, mentor, and develop department managers and staff
- Manage budgets, staffing, and quality outcomes
- Serve as a trusted partner to residents and families

- Bachelor’s degree and licensed CA RN, LVN, or LPN
- 5+ years healthcare leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of assisted living regulations
