YMS Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented YMS Coordinator to support material flow, trailer logistics, and inventory accuracy within our production and warehouse operations. This role is critical to ensuring smooth production support, efficient trailer movements, and real-time inventory control in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Coordinate trailer loading, movements, and assignments using the Yard Management System (YMS)
• Manage trailer inventory accuracy through barcode scanning and system controls
• Create and execute hourly replenishment orders to support production needs
• Partner with forklift drivers and warehouse teams to ensure efficient material flow Maintain YMS and ERP (QAD) parameters and ensure proper system usage
• Support cycle counts, physical inventory, quality segregation, and emergency part picking
• Ensure customer coverage and material availability during quality or production disruptions

• 2–3 years of experience in logistics, materials, warehouse operations, or manufacturing
• Experience with trailers, material handling, and yard or warehouse operations
• Familiarity with YMS, ERP, inventory control, and warehouse systems
• Forklift experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
