CNC Operator

Full-Time Permanent up to 27,000 Clacton-on-Sea

We're looking for a CNC Operator to join a busy manufacturing team. This role involves preparing and cutting materials using a range of machines, including table saws, cross-cut saws, wall saws, spindle moulders and chop saws. You'll work from technical drawings, palletise components, and support CNC operations when needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operating cutting machinery safely and accurately
• Preparing and palletising materials for fabrication
• Reading and working from technical drawings
• Supporting CNC setup and operation
• Carrying out daily machine checks and basic maintenance
• Keeping the workspace clean, organised and safe
• Following all Health & Safety procedures and wearing PPE

Skills & Experience:

• Experience with CNC or cutting machinery
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, safety-focused and hands-on
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
