About the Job

Ruan is looking for Class A CDL drivers based out of Clackamas, OR, to haul bread in 53' dry van trailers for our dedicated customer, Flowers. For more information, please call our Recruiting Hotline at .

Pay

Earn activity-based pay at $0.65 per mile, $12.81 per drop and hook, $7.96 for fueling, and $31.74 per hour of detention pay. Drivers average $85,000 per year and $1,700 per week. This operation is currently offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus!

Schedule

Be home daily with a five-day workweek, receiving time off on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Drivers might be required to cover a potential layover only 1 night out during the week. Drivers will serve as a floater to cover vacations, varying schedules, and extra loads. Normally, shifts start in the early afternoon, lasting between 10-12 hours.

Equipment

Drive well-maintained automatic equipment with 53' dry van trailers and unload with a two-wheel dolly. Snow and ice experience is required.

Minimum Requirements

* Must be at least 22 years or older

* No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)

* No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years

* Additional qualifications will apply

* With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile .gov before being hired

* 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years
