Install, maintain, and operate wired, wireless, fiber optic, and microwave telecommunications equipment and systems.;
Climb towers and ladders and conduct tower erections on various tower types.;
Install new carriers on new builds and existing towers; assist in assembly of monopole, self-supporting and guyed towers.;
Assist in tower erection using helicopters, cranes, and gin poles.;
Mentor to new, less experienced technicians.
