Install, maintain, and operate wired, wireless, fiber optic, and microwave telecommunications equipment and systems;
Climb towers and ladders; assist in tower erection using helicopters, cranes, and gin poles;
Offload material, prepare and clean sites, install carriers on towers;
Install antennas and transmission lines, coax, wave guides, and electrical grounding/conduits;
Mentor new technicians and adhere to safety policies and industry standards
