Position: Press Brake Operator
Location: Milwaukie, Oregon
Pay: $26.00+/hr DOE
Schedule: Day Shift (Monday-Friday)

What You'll Do:

• Set up and operate Amada press brakes to fabricate sheet metal components
• Interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and bend schedules
• Perform precise bends to tight tolerances
• Select proper tooling and calculate bend allowances
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Work closely with production and fabrication teams to meet deadlines
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What You Need to Have:

• 3+ years of press brake experience
• Experience operating Amada press brakes preferred
• Strong blueprint reading skills
• Understanding of bend deductions and sheet metal fabrication processes
• Strong attention to detail and quality

The Musts:

• Ability to independently set up and operate a press brake
• Experience working with various gauges of sheet metal
• Ability to hold tight tolerances
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Commitment to workplace safety

Preferred:

• CNC programming experience for press brakes
• Experience in custom metal fabrication environments
• Forklift experience
