Opti Staffing is Hiring
Position: Welder Fabricator
Location: Clackamas, OR
Pay: $25-$32/hr DOE
Schedule: 6:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday
Who We Are:
For more than 50 years, this local company has been designing, engineering, and manufacturing high-performance custom industrial furnaces, ovens, and other industrial process solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Perform welding and fabrication work, primarily MIG; TIG skills are preferred
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Perform basic pipe fitting
- Accurately read a tape measure and fabricate to tight tolerances
- Weld using .035 hard wire;
Heli-arc processes are also in use
- Competitive pay: $25-$32/hr DOE

The Musts:
- Experience in pipe fitting
- Ability to read blueprints
- Coachable personality with the ability to pick things up quickly
- Self-motivated, reliable work ethic
- Consistent ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to work quickly and accurately
- TIG welding experience
