Required

Education and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience managing hourly personnel and supervisors.
- Production Planning and Control.
- Continuous Improvement (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
- Performance indicator management (KPIs).
- Knowledge of quality standards and industrial safety.

- Experience with ERP systems and analytical tools (Excel, production systems).
- Multidisciplinary team management.
- Cross-functional leadership at management levels.
- Ability to achieve predictable results and continuous improvement through effective planning, organization, budgeting, and performance measurement.
