About the Job  Pacific International has been retained by a global provider of  advanced protective materials used in defense and public safety applications.  The company is seeking a high-performing  Account Manager / Sales Development Executive  to drive growth across the  Defense market in Mexico  .

This role is designed for a  hunter-minded sales professional  who thrives in complex, technical, and tender-driven environments. You will lead key account development, expand relationships with end-users, and execute strategic growth initiatives in partnership with regional leadership. The role operates with significant autonomy and visibility, supporting mission-critical products trusted by military, law enforcement, and government organizations worldwide.

Build and execute a robust regional sales pipeline aligned with growth and profitability objectives
Own sales forecasting accuracy and opportunity management
Develop and manage senior-level relationships with key end-users and decision-makers
Execute global commercial initiatives at the local level and contribute to business transformation efforts
Identify and lead high-growth opportunities, including new business models and strategic projects
negotiate commercial terms and offerings
Lead contract, pricing, and program negotiations
Represent the business in industry, standards, and association forums
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
~3+ years of experience  in B2B sales, account management, or commercial development within a global or matrixed organization
~ Ability to influence and build relationships across all organizational levels, including senior leadership
~ Strong analytical, negotiation, and strategic planning capabilities
~

Experience with CRM and sales pipeline tools
~ Fluent in  English  with  advanced Spanish

Experience with tender-driven or government procurement processes
