Descripción del trabajo
Job Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Solution Sales:
Conduct in-depth research and business development targeting local Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in import/export and e-commerce in Mexico. Provide them with a one-stop financial solution for cross-border trade collection, including products and services such as local account opening, currency exchange, settlement, tax rebate facilitation, and same-name account top-up.
2. Channel Partnership & Expansion:
Establish and nurture deep cooperative relationships with channel partners including local factories, logistics providers, industry associations, freight forwarders, and customs clearance agencies. Leverage these channels to reach a broader base of foreign trade enterprise clients and achieve business targets.
3. Solution Optimization & Coordination:
Act as the voice of the customer. Coordinate with internal middle and back-office teams (e.g., Product, Risk Control) to iterate and optimize solutions based on client feedback and market needs, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and deepening account penetration.

Qualifications:

1. Local Expertise:
Bachelor's degree or above. Must be a Mexican national OR have over 1 year of sales work experience and living experience in Mexico, with a strong understanding of the local culture and business environment.
2. Industry

Experience:

Proven work experience in manufacturing, trade, e-commerce, or related upstream/downstream industries. Experience in merchant acquisition or sales for cross-border trade/e-commerce platforms is highly preferred.
3. Drive & Resilience:
Exceptional self-motivation and ability to work under pressure. Capable of proactively exploring and validating new sales channels and lead generation methods with minimal supervision.
4. Preferred (Bonus):
Existing network and resources with local factories, logistics companies, business chambers/associations, or similar channels.
