Software Development Manager
Experience:
10+ years in Software/Application Development, with at least 6 years in management
Team Size:
Will manage Team Leads and a total of 20 people (with potential to grow up to 40)
Location:
Mexico – Reforma Capital, Av. P.o de la Reforma 250, Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, 06600 Ciudad de México, CDMX
Required Skills:
10+ years of experience in Development, with at least 6 years in management
Experience managing teams of more than 15 people
Proven ability to work with clients under pressure
Strong communication skills in English
Experience with large distributed systems (Java, C++ is a teplus)
Hands-on coding knowledge (candidates should be technically strong, able to coach, review code, and guide teams, though the role is primarily managerial)
Big Plus:
Experience at Google, Meta, or similar tech companies
Experience managing managers and multiple teams
