Agile Delivery Manager

Objective:
The main objective of this role is to lead and support Agile teams by ensuring the effective application of Disciplined Agile practices while driving the successful delivery of high‐quality solutions.
This position is responsible for facilitating Agile processes, removing impediments, managing project risks and deliverables, and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders. Additionally, the role leverages technical knowledge in Java and automation tools to effectively collaborate with development and QA teams, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and continuous improvement throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Using agile methodology values principles and practices to plan manage and deliver solutions.
Training mentoring and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values principles and practices.
Determining and managing tasks issues risks and action items.
Scheduling and facilitating scrum events meetings and decision making processes.
Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.
Planning and organizing demos and product system testing.
Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.
Tracking project processes deliverables and financials.
Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.

Working experience in Java and Automation tools and other technologies is required.

Key Requirements:

DASSM Certification (Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master) is highly preferred.
Proven experience leading Agile teams using Scrum or Kanban, including facilitation of ceremonies and removal of impediments.
Strong Delivery / Project Management experience, including risk management, tracking deliverables, financial oversight, and stakeholder reporting.
Technical background working with Java and Automation tools, supporting development and/or QA automation teams.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive decisions and enable team performance.
