Position Overview
We are looking for a SAP FI/CO Consultant to provide functional and technical support across the full lifecycle of SAP FI/CO projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling solutions, and ensuring system stability, performance, and continuous improvement.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and SAP developers to deliver high-quality financial solutions aligned with business objectives and SAP best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Provide functional and technical support throughout the full lifecycle of SAP FI/CO projects.
Design, analyze, configure, and implement SAP Financial Management solutions, including:
General Ledger (FI-GL)
Accounts Payable (FI-AP)
Accounts Receivable (FI-AR)
Bank Accounting (FI-BL)
Asset Accounting (FI-AA)
Controlling (CO)
Analyze and document functional specifications for SAP FI/CO developments.
Coordinate with ABAP developers to build and implement financial solutions.
Execute and validate testing activities, ensuring solutions meet business requirements.
Review existing FI/CO configurations and propose system and process improvements.
Understand and translate business and technical needs into SAP financial solutions.
Identify system requirements and align them with SAP FI/CO components.
Integrate SAP FI/CO with other SAP modules and external systems.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide status updates.
Collect and analyze end-user feedback to improve system performance and usability.
Explain technical and functional concepts clearly to business users.
Controlling (CO) Expertise
Strong experience in SAP CO implementations and support.
Experience applying project methodologies (SAP Activate, ASAP, Agile, or Hybrid).
Proven expertise in the following SAP CO sub-modules:
CO-OM – Overhead Cost Management
CO-PC – Product Costing
CO-PA – Profitability Analysis
CO-ABC – Activity-Based Costing
CO-CCA – Cost Center Accounting
CO-ML – Material Ledger
CO-IO – Internal Orders
CO-PCP – Product Cost Planning
CO-PCA – Profit Center Accounting
CO-CEL – Cost Elements
Additional knowledge in budgeting, financial management, reporting, and integrations.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an SAP FI/CO Consultant.
Solid hands-on experience with SAP FI and CO modules.
Practical knowledge of SAP FI/CO transactions and configuration via SPRO.
Basic knowledge of ABAP to understand and validate technical developments.
Experience working with multiple SAP modules and system integrations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead initiatives and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
SAP FI/CO certification is a plus.

Experience with multiple FI/CO implementations is required.
Knowledge of SAP Archiving is desirable.
